Ingredients
500g potatoes peeled, diced
3 tbsp Parmesan infused olive oil or 50g parmesan cheese, finely grated
100ml milk
Salt to taste
2 tsp (10ml) NON-CONCENTRATED* or ½ tsp (2.5ml) CONCENTRATED Smoked Flavours European Beech liquid smoke
Black pepper to taste

Directions
Cook potatoes in a saucepan of boiling, salted water over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain in a colander.
Return potatoes to warm saucepan. Shake saucepan over low heat for 30 seconds or until excess moisture evaporates.
In a small bowl mix the milk, parmesan infused olive oil and Smoked Flavours European Beech liquid smoke.
Using a potato masher, mash potatoes. Gradually add the milk mixture and mash until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
If you are using grated parmesan cheese, stir in before serving.
